Who we are
Date Palm Tree is a platform dedicated to young Muslim writers. We take the privacy of our young users seriously, especially those under 18. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and take extra care with information from children under 13.
What we collect
We only collect the minimum information needed: name, email, age, and submitted writings. Children under 13 require a parent/guardian to submit on their behalf. Parents can request their child's data be deleted at any time by contacting us.
How we use it
Submissions are reviewed by our team. We use automated tools to help with safety screening, but a real person always makes the final call. We do not sell user data.

By using Date Palm Tree, you agree to use the platform respectfully, submit only original work, and grant us permission to review, edit and publish approved submissions. We may revoke access for misuse.
